The End Is Near

There are only three weeks left of first semester of foundation, I did it! I was organizing & taking pictures of my work the other day and thought I would share my stuff with all of you.

This was all 2D- two dimensional design class work.

Black Friday was a success , I got up at 4:30 am , left the house at 6:30 got all of my errands done by 9 am and by 2 pm I was officially able to say I got everyone on my list gifted and everything I needed and wanted.What were my amazing finds of the day? I scored two dolce & gabana bras for $25 each, & juicy couture pajama pants for $27! I also left with some kate spade tights, & a whole new wardrobe of beautiful underpinnings compliments of calvin klein.
Enjoy the weekend, I'm going to savor the last of the weekend I have left in Long Island..heading back to the city sunday can't wait. As much as I love coming home, I just don't feel the same I'm a city girl!

Feeling Thankful

Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm looking back at the last few months, which have been a complete whirlwind & I'm seeing how much has changed & how much I've grown.
Here's mine:
My life has blessed me with:
two amazing parents that support all my hopes & dreams
an amazing support system of friends & family. I love you all , you know who you are.
Opportunities at every angle
a very bright future awaiting me
a talent that is a gift

but above everything else I am extremely thankful that I can say that I love, love , love my life & wouldn't change a minute of it. all the bumps in the road are worth it.

Can you believe Thanksgiving is here! I don't even know what I'm wearing...Its such a relief to know I have four more weeks of the first semester of Foundation, I did it I made it this far. For the first time in months I actually have free time, my heavy workload is dwindling down this week. I'm ready to relax & rejuvenate.

Running In Circles

I took a extended weekend, not on purpose it just happened. I got deathly ill while I was home and had to stay back an extra day. I'm going stir crazy. From  one minute running around doing a million things to laying in bed watching real housewives of beverly hills re-runs. And to top it all off my blackberry was acting funky so I wasn't even getting my emails! I thought I was going to lose my mind!
I'm back!

Going In Circles

Yesterday I needed a pick me- up, so I started to watercolor, just for an hour. This Is what I came up with. I'm in the process of pattern making designing for possible clothing tags/ bussiness cards for a lovely company called Pookie & Sebastian. Today I just got a email saying that they love these and are most likely going to play around with my designs and use them. Kinda cool. Beyond excited with the thought of having my artwork being used and put out there for the world ( all of Pookie's customers) to see. Follow your heart, I have ..and I don't regret a minute of it.
