This Is A Gift, ....It Comes With A Price

No matter how stressed out or upset I get, I have to stand back and acknowledge how lucky I am to have the life I have, and for this gift , to be a artist. The ability to create and imagine is a gift, that comes with a price. I can't imagine doing anything else, I don't see it as ever having a choice. This has always been who I am and what I love.

Sugar Rush

I have a new love interest in my life......it's candy! I'm finally growing out of my no sugar tolerance, I'm still a Hypoglycemic but eating sugar has not been making me sick. I'm thrilled I've been craving candy since I was diagnosed over two years ago. I don't know if this is temporary or not, but for now I'm going to enjoy it. Candy, I have missed you!

Say it will be alright , And I shall believe

not everything is gonna be the way You think it ought to be, It's been an exhausting and emotionally draining hell of a week. But, for one I'm thrilled to say its Friday,that means dressing up to go out to dinner tonight and hitting the vintage flea market tomorrow; and that I am lucky to be surrounded by amazingly supportive people that I can truly call my friends. My life has blessed me with so many things monetarily, opportunity wise, and with people that love me unconditionally for exactly who I am. My best friend is my go- to girl, I can call her anytime, with any crazy problem or situation and she knows just what to say to make me feel better. My parents have and continue to bend over backwards for me. Everything is going to be alright, I shall believe. Sometimes bad situations bring out the best and worst in people...every one's true colors show through. I have my eye on the prize, no matter how tough it gets I must keep calm and carry on.

 Jenna Rose Stern, named after my father's grandmother Rose. Almost named Gennarosa , yes with a G but my mother decided against that idea because the name would have screamed my mother is Italian and my father is Jewish! for forever I have been called Jennarose by close friends and family and its how I sign all cards and notes people I am close to. If you call me Jennarose it means you know me very well and or you have known me since I was little. I have always liked my name.Yes Jenna is a somewhat common name of my generation, but I have not been in close contact with any other Jenna's. Go figure.
My name is beautiful though, why you may ask? because yesterday a friend of mine told me so , and that there are no Jenna's in his country. What can I say, foreigners always have me at Hello.

Weekend Whereabouts

Headed to the vintage flea again...my saturday afternoon routine! One of the vendors said I was one of the top three best dressed customers of the day.I stocked up on more vintage magazines! Got that S-O-B to bargain with me last time, took $10 off this week ! I also picked up some vintage fabric from the 60s. will post pictures. On saturday walking back to my building Ashley Olsen passed me walking hand in hand with her boyfriend Justin Bartha. She was wearing black Prada flats , huge Chanel Glasses & her hair was beautifully naturally wavy. Haloween came and past , I ate plenty of Candy. My Diet Starts tomorrow.
